The Swedish Migration Court approved the deportation decision of Silvan Mumika, who burned copies of the Holy Quran more than once in the capital Stockholm last year.
According to Swedish Radio on Wednesday, the Migration Court rejected the appeal submitted by Iraqi Mumika and confirmed the migration service's decision to deport her from the country.
The court reported that Mumika had provided false information regarding her residence permit application, and therefore upheld her deportation decision.
On June 28, Mumika burnt a copy of the Holy Quran under police protection, and similar incidents occurred later.
Sweden has recently seen repeated incidents of Quran abuse in front of mosques and embassies of Islamic countries, sparking widespread anger across the Islamic world and prompting some capitals to call on Swedish diplomats to lodge an official objection. Had to happen.
