Douglas Farrar, director of the FTC’s public affairs division, stressed that the agency was not behind the leak. “The FTC is not responsible for posting Microsoft’s games and console designs on the court’s website,” Ferrar said.
The above was confirmed in the most official way, by Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley. She said Microsoft mistakenly provided the court with a link to the unredacted documents in question, which it then uploaded to the website created for the case.
