Today, Tuesday, various Tunisian media reports confirmed that Tayeb Meziani, a player for the local Algerian football team, has returned to the Tunisian league.
The Tunisian newspaper, Al-Shorouk, explained that Club Africain contracted with the player for two seasons in a free transfer deal after terminating his contract with the Saudi club Abha. According to the same source, the player will receive an annual salary of 500,000 Tunisian dinars.
Al-Shorouk added that the Parado Academy graduate is expected to be on the bench for next Thursday’s match, which will pit him against Etoile Sportive du Sahel.
It is noteworthy that Meziani, who won the Arab Cup title with the “Greens” in Qatar, previously played for the clubs of Etoile du Sahel, Esperance of Tunisia and Le Havre of France.
