Atletico Madrid left winger Thomas Lemar suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon in the game against Valencia. Lemar fell badly to the ground, thus receiving a blow to the head.
The Frenchman, along with De Paul, are added to the list of unavailable players for Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match at the Olimpico against Lazio.
