According to the Blues, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizen D. Gj., 53 years old, resident of Lushnjë, for the criminal offense of “Animal abuse”, since in the “Kongresi” district, Lushnjë, this citizen has throwing his dog, mistreating it, into the water fountain.
