Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has denounced through a post on social networks the abuses of energy tenders based on a complaint that came to him from a citizen.
He has posted on his Facebook page the denunciation of a citizen who explains the abuse of the Minister of Energy Belinda Balluku by excluding the energy exchange from the purchase.
