During the night, at the Montenegrin customs, as a result of police intelligence and detailed control by the Montenegrin customs authorities, a “Renault” type truck was blocked, driven by the citizen KO who was accompanied by his father, the citizen IO , both residents of Durrës.
During the check on the truck loaded with boards and pallets, which were destined for Austria, the customs authorities of Montenegro, during the detailed check, found a quantity of about 300 kg of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa.
The Albanian police, in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office, as well as with the Montenegrin police and customs authorities, are conducting joint investigative actions to document this criminal activity.
