In the show “Kjo Javë” on News24, Gazment Bardhi spoke about the necessity of the opposition to be united. He also commented on the clash with PD leader Lulzim Basha, for which he said that he is not obliged to follow a path he does not believe in.
Asked by journalist Nisida Tufa who he knows as the president of the Democratic Party, Bardhi said that at the moment there is no president of the Democratic Party, adding that he knows the decision of the party’s highest governing body.
“At this moment, there is no DP leader. According to the decision of the National Council, the decision-making on the temporary leadership of the party has been postponed for another moment,” said Bardhi.
Sakaq Bardhi was asked if he knows the candidate for the Kukës Municipality. He responded by saying that he knows the candidate of the Kukes opposition, that of the DP and the SP. He further added that sigla does not matter.
“I know the opposition candidate for Kukës, the DP and SP candidate. It doesn’t matter the sigla. I am in the opposition and in the opposition I have to make elections. I have chosen to become part of the yoke of every journalist”, concluded Bardhi.
