Albi Mecini, the man considered to be the organizer and participant in the kidnapping of Leonard Thodhor and Fatmir Krasniqi (Sulovari), is one of the confidants of Admir Tafil, the latter sentenced to life imprisonment for murder.
In 2013, Mecini helped Tafili and his friends escape from the high security prison in Drevona.
We remind you that today the police of Fier arrested the 29-year-old Meçini and announced the search for his two accomplices, Arafat Manërkolli, 27 years old, resident of Dibër and Ervis Cukali, 25 years old, resident of Tirana.
These people had set out to commit a murder with an explosive explosion in Fier, but the name of the target has not yet been learned.
