Harry Maguire was just one step away from a divorce with Manchester United. The well-known defender has experienced a decline in his form over the last few years, where there have been mistakes in the background, which forced the “Red Devils” club to put him on the market.
However, the defender will not go away. Manchester United has changed its mind and has withdrawn the player from the market as there are only a few days left until the end of the transfer window and in case of sale, finding a successor in a few hours would be a difficult mission.
Competing for Maguire’s services was West Ham, with the latter showing their willingness to accommodate the financial whims of the Englishman and the club. The 30-year-old played 16 games last season!
