Prime Minister Edi Rama today visited the “Shefqet Ndroqi” University Hospital. During the talks with the doctors, Rama says that the new standard has reduced the old phenomenon of post-operative infections, adding that it has saved the state tens of millions of euros.
“SPAK’s investigation into possible abuses in the construction process of this Public Private Partnership does not in any way affect the tangible success of this major initiative of the Albanian government for the Renaissance of Health, but ensures that no one remains unpunished if he cheats the state and the Albanian people, extracting illegal personal benefits while performing his duties in the work for the common goal”, said Rama further.
