Napoli has officially confirmed the signing of Danish player Jesper Lindstrom on loan with an obligation to buy from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Under the deal, the Italian champions will pay €5m for the first season, while also committing to buy the 23-year-old outright for €20m, including bonuses at a later date. Midfielder Lindstrom’s former club, Brondby, will also receive 15% of the payment.
Lindstrom has signed a five-year contract with Napoli, an agreement that runs until the summer of 2028. According to the exact figures, the footballer will earn 2.5 million euros per season.
Lindstrom has also made 10 appearances for Denmark since 2020, registering his first international goal in a friendly against Serbia in 2022.
“I’m very happy to join this club and I can’t wait to see you in the stadium,” he said after signing.
