Today, Monday, civil protection agents recovered the body of a woman from inside a deep well in the “Sidi Ben Yakhlef” area of the Maousa municipality (Maskar), according to a statement by the Directorate of Interests.
The same source explained that the aids of the main unit of civil protection of a camp, supported by the search and rescue teams in rough places and diving, recovered the body of the 40-year-old victim from inside a 25-meter-deep well containing three meters of water.
The victim’s body was transferred to the mortuary department of the General Hospital Institution of Grace, according to the same statement.
For its part, the National Gendarmerie opened an investigation into the causes of this woman’s death.
