A hut catches fire in Gjirokastër, adjacent apartments are at risk

A hut is engulfed in flames in the village of Mashkullore in Gjirokastër.

Journalist Brikena Metaj reports for BalkanWeb that the adjacent apartment, owned by citizen Derxheman Matushi, was in danger from the flames.

Firefighting teams have arrived at the scene and are working to extinguish the flames. So the causes are still unknown. The damage caused by the flames is estimated at 100,000 ALL.
