The police officers of the urban security department in Djelfa, in coordination with the interests of the Directorate of Commerce, managed to dismantle a secret workshop for the production and preparation of date paste (yoghurt) without keeping the commercial register with the lack of health conditions and poor storage.
The operation came as a result of information stating that a house had been converted at the level of Al-Fasha neighborhood, to be used as a secret workshop for the production and preparation of date paste (yoghurt), to be moved to the same place in coordination with the local prosecution and the Directorate of Trade. Maintaining the commercial register with the lack of sanitary conditions and poor storage, where 02 industrial ovens of large size were confiscated, along with the equipment used in canning and 50 quintals of dates were destroyed.
On the other hand, the elements of the state interest of public security in the security of the state of Djelfa managed to seize a quantity of white meat unfit for human consumption in the covered market in the city of Djelfa.
The operation came as a result of a monitoring patrol by the stakeholders at the level of the covered market in the city center of Djelfa, where a person who transported a quantity of white meat packed inside plastic bags on board his truck caught their attention without observing the health conditions.
And after examining the seized quantity estimated at: 231.5 kg by the veterinarian, who confirmed that they are unfit for human consumption, a judicial file was completed against the violator.
