Ambiguity continues at the administrative level at Mouloudia Oran, despite a week having passed since Hibrok announced the acquisition of 90 percent of the shares of the club’s sports company.
Today, Thursday, the club’s official page published a statement in which it confirmed that the Oran Court had issued an urgent order to lift judicial custody of the sports company with shares, at the request of the amateur club of Mouloudia Oran.
According to the same statement, the management of the company has legally transferred to the company’s board of directors and no one else, which means the official end of the judicial receiver’s management period.
This decision is considered a victory for the amateur club at the expense of the judicial guard, who had published a statement last Monday in which he accused parties of obstructing his work, as the squad was prevented from holding a training session in the Miloud Goofi annex under the leadership of Tunisian coach Moez Bouakaz, which was confirmed today after the Oranian elements resumed… Today’s training is led by technician Issa Keenan.
