The Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has taken several initiatives to reduce various recruitment bottlenecks. The company says that due to lack of system analysts, the company struggled to conduct various recruitment tests. But since the recruitment of a system analyst recently, NTRCA feels that the recruitment will reduce.
When asked about this, Chairman of NTRCA (Additional Secretary). Enamul Quader Khan told Prothom Alo, ‘NTRCA has become system analyst-void since the previous system analyst left. System Analysts usually assist NTRCA regarding various recruitment tests. In the absence of a system analyst, one had to depend on others for help in recruitment tests. But now system analyst recruitment is in last phase. Examination has been conducted for that post. System Analyst is selected. Now join System Analyst. Once a system analyst joins, we no longer have to depend on others. We will be able to conduct recruitment tests ourselves. It will reduce all our recruitment.’
