Suez – Hossam El Din Ahmed:
The artist, Sameh Hussein, said that he was one of the victims of bullying at the beginning of his acting career, and that was because of the pitch of his voice, as he was rejected in some roles, and some did not realize that it was his nature.
This came during a recorded speech by him in which he affirmed his support for the “Your Nature Distinguishes You” project and initiative to confront bullying in schools, which was presented by the students of the new Suez Secondary School for Girls, during the final of the ongoing Egyptian Schools Olympiad projects competition in Suez Governorate, in the presence of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education, and Major General Abdul Majeed Saqr, the governor of the region and the executive leaders, in the presence of thousands of students and parents.
Hussein added that he worked on developing himself continuously until his pitch became an advantage of his personality, and he used what people used to bully him into a positive factor in his personality.
The Egyptian Olympiad initiative was launched in Suez two weeks ago, and included a competition in 3 fields between middle and high school students, the first of which was the public exhibitions competition, and the recreational sports competition, in which Suez students made remarkable progress.
As for the last competition, it was the development projects competition, of which the Egypt Schools Olympiad held its last chapter today, Sunday, between the teams of the New Secondary School for Girls and Mustafa Musharraf Preparatory Experimental School.
And the Masrawy Facebook page published a live broadcast, to show the high school students, girls, the idea of the project, which included the support of artists, including Sameh Hussein, and their consideration of them as ambassadors of the project idea.
