The Bella Prosecution Office in Kafr El-Sheikh had conducted investigations into the incident of a train stopping within the Bella Center area, following the throwing of forty “bricks” into the cabin of a tractor-headed train heading to the Kafr El-Sheikh station, which led to the shattering of the windows of the driving cab, under the supervision of Major General Saud Muhammad Najeeb, the Attorney General of the Public Prosecution Office. The details of the incident began when the security authorities at the Transport and Communications Police in Kafr El-Sheikh monitored that the train stopped operating on the Sherbin line in Dakahlia Governorate – Tanta in Gharbia Governorate, after it left the Pella train station heading to Kafr El-Sheikh station, after someone threw a stone in the direction of the tractor window.
The policemen from the Transport and Communications Police Department in Kafr El-Sheikh, and the detectives of the Pella Police Department, moved to the place of the complaint, and the examination revealed that after train No. K., 45 years old, lives in Bella Toba, near Jarrar al-Qatar.
The examination revealed that the “brick” of the driving cab glass of the train tractor was shattered, which led to its penetration of the glass, and the train driver sustained minor injuries that forced him to stop, while it was found that the train journey resumed directly without a disruption to the movement of public trains on the “Sherbin / Tanta” line within the range of stations Kafr El-Sheikh.
Report No. 522 of 2023 Misdemeanor of Bella Police Station was issued, while the Public Prosecution Office launched its investigations into the incident and issued its previous decision.
