A source in the Al-Azhar institutes sector said that the sector is currently discussing announcing trial schedules for the secondary school exams, which will be held on the third of next June.
The source explained, in statements to Masrawy, that the Al-Azhar institutes sector seeks to provide all means of comfort for all students, and is keen to ensure that the secondary school exam schedules meet the students’ wishes in order to ensure their future, according to the directives of His Eminence, the Grand Imam, Dr.
The source noted that once it is decided to announce trial schedules for Al-Azhar secondary school students, they will be presented to students for a period of two weeks to express their opinion and take their proposals, in preparation for announcing the final schedules.
The source pointed out that the editing of Al-Azhar secondary school certificate forms for the year 2023 “electronic and manual” ends on the 28th of February, in preparation for the year-end exams.
The source appealed to all high school students to quickly fill out their form before the expiry of the period specified for that, not to be denied entry to the exams.
“Masrawy” publishes the steps for filling out the Al-Azhar secondary school certificate forms 2023, as follows:
1- Log in to Al-Azhar’s electronic portal to register data, via the following link: click here
2- Login by entering the student’s username and password that he obtained from his institute.
3- Putting the username, password, and national number “Passport”.
4- Recording the student’s mobile phone number, landline phone number, date of birth, e-mail, and the area in which he lives.
5- Data of the last certificate obtained by the student and the year of obtaining it.
6- Registration of the Al-Azhar region and the educational administration to which the student belongs and the institute in which he studies.
7 Choose the certificate the student is applying for, the division and the sect.
8- The student’s case is “new-to-repeat” and his section is “mathematics-science” and language, and his failed subjects if he remains to repeat.
9- The student’s data may be amended only once.
10- The student presses the Save and Send button, prints the form, and submits it to the institute.
