The Ministry of Housing completes the application procedures for the distinguished housing project of the two coasts, which is considered one of the most important projects that are currently being offered.
1971 housing units are being offered in the distinguished housing project of a coastal nature, with areas ranging from 90 to 109 square meters, in 4 new cities (New Rashid – New Mansoura – New Damietta – New Alamein).
The prices and installments are as follows:
1- New Alamein:
The price per square meter recorded 7210 pounds, and the areas of the apartments ranged from 90 to 95 meters, as the 90-square-meter apartment recorded 684 thousand pounds.
60,000 pounds is paid in advance for the seriousness of the reservation, then the 20% down payment is completed, where 87,000 pounds are paid, then at the time of receipt, 68,000 pounds are paid.
Thus, the monthly installment over 3 years is 18 thousand, over 5 years 9 thousand, and over 7 years 10 thousand.
2- Rashid Al-Jadid:
The price per square meter was 5,530 pounds, and the areas of the apartments ranged from 90 to 93 meters, with the 90-square-meter apartment recording 497,000 pounds.
60,000 pounds are paid in advance for the seriousness of the reservation, then the 20% down payment is completed, where 47,000 pounds are paid, then at the time of receipt, 80,000 pounds are paid.
Thus, the monthly installment over 3 years is 13 thousand, over 5 years 9 thousand, and over 7 years 7 thousand.
3- New Mansoura:
The price per square meter recorded 5,800 pounds, and the areas of the apartments ranged from 95 to 99 meters, with the 95-square-meter apartment recording 549,000 pounds.
60 thousand pounds are paid in advance for the seriousness of the reservation, then the down payment is completed by 20%, where 54.994 thousand are paid, then at the time of receipt, 54 thousand pounds are paid.
Thus, the monthly installment over 3 years is 18 thousand, over 5 years 10 thousand, and over 7 years 8 thousand.
4- New Damietta City:
The price per square meter recorded 6495 pounds, and the areas of the apartments ranged from 104 to 109 meters, as the 104-square-meter apartment recorded 709 thousand pounds.
60,000 pounds are paid in advance for the seriousness of the reservation, then the 20% down payment is completed, where 92,000 pounds are paid, then at the time of receipt, 70,000 pounds are paid.
Thus, the monthly installment over 3 years is 19 thousand, over 5 years is 13 thousand, and over 7 years is 11 thousand.
