A young man was stabbed to death by another in Al-Salam district, Cairo Governorate, on Tuesday.
Major General Muhammad Abdullah, Director of Cairo Investigations, received a notification from the Rescue Police Department that the body of a young man had been found dead in the Than Al-Salam Police Department.
The head of the sector’s investigations directed the criminal investigations men to quickly move to the location of the complaint and find out its circumstances. The examination found that “Rajab M.A.”, 35 years old, had been killed. He had been stabbed to death with a knife.
The detectives are intensifying their efforts to identify and seize the perpetrator and the weapon used, after unloading the surveillance cameras in the vicinity of the crime scene, and issuing the necessary report of the incident, and Major General Ashraf El-Gendy, Director of Cairo Security, referred it to the Public Prosecution for investigation.
