Major General Muhammad al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, announced the completion of 5 health units in the villages of Burj al-Arab, as part of the implementation of the “Decent Life” initiative.
The governor confirmed that the completion rates of infrastructure projects, utilities, services and the health sector in the villages of Markaz and the city of Burj Al Arab included achieving a high implementation rate, as the development of the Abu Sir health unit and the Gharbaniyat health unit were completed and they were equipped with all medical devices and delivered.
The Governor of Alexandria added that the replacement and renovation of the Nagaa Al-Sanafra health unit at a rate of 90% in the old Burj Al Arab, the completion of the construction of the Nagaa Hallis unit in Gamal Abdel Nasser Street at a rate of 95% in the old Burj Al Arab, and the completion of the construction of a health care unit in Bahij at a rate of 95% in the village of Bahij.
Al-Sharif said that the initiative aims to alleviate the burdens of citizens in the most needy communities in the countryside and slums in urban areas.
