Circuit 11 South of the Cairo Criminal Court, held in the Fifth Settlement, on Sunday, sentenced 4 people to 15 years in prison for theft of a citizen under duress and possession of firearms in the Shorouk region.
The session was held under the chairmanship of Counselor Atef Rizk Kamel, with the membership of Counselors Muhammad Faraj Al-Saadani, Khaled Shukri Othman, Moatasem Ahmed Bardis, and the secretariat of Sharif Muhammad Ali.
And according to the referral order of Case No. 3351 of 2021, Al-Shorouk Felonies, the defendants, “Yasser F,” “Amr A,” “Abdul Nasser Z,” and “Ibrahim H,” stole a sum of money from the victim, “Ahmed.” M”, on the public road and through coercion, if they were carrying a firearm “a cartridge gun”, by following the victim as soon as he left a bank, and as soon as the time of their commission of the incident was prepared for them, they stopped the car they were traveling in in front of the victim’s car, and the first accused got out and shot her from the The aforementioned weapon.
As stated in the referral order, the second accused got out of the car, grabbed the victim and paralyzed his movement, and the third accused managed to seize the bag of money from inside the latter’s car, and by that coercive means they were able to spread terror in the victim’s soul.
The referral order included that the defendants possessed and obtained an unloaded firearm, and bullets from what was used on the same weapon in cases other than those authorized by law.
