Alexandria-(HA):
Alexandria was exposed, on Tuesday morning; Due to moderate rains, an increase in wind speed, and a significant decrease in temperature, the rain water did not affect the movement of pedestrians and cars, and the movement of loading and unloading goods and the handling of containers and trucks continued normally and regularly.
And the Governor of Alexandria, Major General Muhammad al-Sharif, directed that all preparations be taken and the state of emergency be lifted to face the bad weather conditions, stressing that the operating room formed 24 hours a day would receive any reports of rainwater gatherings to ensure the speedy transition and sweeping and removal of water.
The sanitation company in the governorate pushed water draining vehicles, swept them, and purified the “Shnaish” to facilitate the movement of citizens and vehicles.
The Alexandria Security Directorate has also strengthened traffic services to achieve traffic flow and prevent car congestion.
It is noteworthy that Alexandria is currently exposed to the “Golden Waves”, which will last for 7 days, accompanied by westerly winds and heavy rains.
