Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development, said that the Capital Company deals with the rules of the private sector, pointing out that postponing implementation periods is an unhelpful experience for the sector in general.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Administrative Capital Company added that the real estate companies’ sales achieved a 40% growth in sales compared to what was achieved during the year before last, explaining that the Capital Company provides different services than the new cities.
Abbas indicated that Arab investors have a great desire to enter into new projects in the Administrative Capital, especially since the company’s visits abroad proved the success of the project.
He explained that the Capital Company has obligations to implement public facilities as well as management, and this requires large financial flows, and that the cost of maintenance will increase according to recent changes.
