Today, Monday, the Sayyidah Zainab Misdemeanor Court, headed by Counselor Ahmed Abdel Rahman, issues its ruling in the trial of the fake official, Yasser Al-Qurashi, in Case No. 6511 of 2022 AD, the administrator of Sayyidah Zainab.
The Counselor ordered the Public Prosecutor to refer the accused, Yasser Al-Qurashi, to the criminal trial to punish him for what was attributed to him of his involvement in a public position, by claiming to work as a legal representative without having an official capacity from the government and permission from it, and to perform acts of the requirements of that position, by undertaking it in his capacity He was legally authorized – contrary to the truth – to issue marriage contracts and divorce certificates, in addition to maliciously spreading false news and rumors through his account on a social networking site, in which he claimed to impose fees on those who are about to get married, pursuant to the provisions of the family law to be issued, and this would disturb public security and peace. and harm the public interest.
The Public Prosecution ordered copies of the papers to be completed in order to complete the investigations with the accused legal officer, and to complete the investigation into the rest of the facts attributed to the accused, Yasser Al-Qurashi, and to dispose of them independently.
