Loring had the role of Wednesday Addams from 1964 to 1966, starting when she was just forty years old. Her performance as the macabre Addams daughter, complete with gothic style and pigtails, influenced future versions of the character.
Loring was born in 1958 in the Marshall Islands as Lisa Ann DeCinces. She later moved to Hawaii and then Los Angeles with her mother. She started modeling at the age of three and her first role was in the series Dr. Kildare. After Wednesday Addams, she was offered roles in The Pruitts of Southampton, The Girl from UNCLE and As the World Turns. In the late 80s he appeared in Blood Frenzy, Iced and Savage Harbor.
She was married to the actor Jerry Butler, but the couple divorced in 1992. She leaves behind her daughters Marianne and Vanessa, as well as her grandchildren Emiliana and Charles.
