Today, Sunday, the new berths of East Port Said Port witnessed remarkable activity during the circulation of general cargo ships.
The media office of the Suez Canal Economic Zone announced, in a statement, that it had received the new berths in East Port Said port, the ship CLOVER coming from Damietta, with a total tonnage of 34,875 tons, to ship 51,000 tons of clinker ore to Côte d’Ivoire, and the port also recorded the entry of the next HAYA ship. From the port of Iskenderun, in order to ship 5,200 tons of salt to Croatia, as European countries are the first importers of salt from the port of East Port Said.
He pointed out that the port of West Port Said received the ship ZAMZAM 1 with a tonnage of 2119 tons, in order to unload 3382 tons of marble in the port.
