Al-Gomrok neighborhood in Alexandria launched a massive campaign to remove the dilapidated parts of an old property in the Baharat Abdel-Wahhab area, due to its imminent danger to the lives of passers-by and citizens.
According to a statement issued today, Friday, the operations room of the El Gomrok neighborhood in Alexandria received a complaint from a number of citizens stating that there is an imminent danger in the property No.
The engineer, Noha Khalifa, head of the customs district, said that it was found to be a demolished property and the presence of dangerous parts in it, adding that, by referring to the facilities department, it was found that the property was issued with demolition decision No. 83 of 2005.
The district chief indicated that the dangerous parts attached to the property were removed in order to preserve the safety of citizens, and the dust residue was removed and the road opened for passers-by.
