Sohag – Ammar Abdel Wahed:
An elderly man died today, Thursday, due to a severe drop in blood circulation and breathing. As a result of the heart muscle stopping, while he was riding the train at the Girga railway station, south of Sohag governorate, he was transferred to the hospital, and the Public Prosecution office initiated investigations.
Major General Muhammad Sharbash, Sohag Security Director, received a notification from the emergency operations room that a passenger of one of the trains was exposed to fatigue if the train stopped at the Girga Railway Station, Girga Police Department.
The investigations of the investigations officers revealed that the so-called “Abdul Hamid A.,” 72 years old, was feeling tired and residing in Qena Governorate, as soon as the train arrived at the Jirga railway station, the department’s department.
An ambulance was called and he was taken to Gerga General Hospital. He died upon his arrival, and upon the medical examination of the body by the health inspector, he stated that the cause of death was cardiac arrest, which led to a sharp decline in blood and respiratory circulation.
A report was issued on the incident, and the Public Prosecution Office took over the investigations.
