However, BNP, persistent in the movement demanding the fall of the government, has given a new program from today’s rally. BNP has announced a protest-meeting in the divisional cities of the country on February 4 in protest against the opposition party’s counter-programme.
Mirza Fakhrul Islam said, ‘When we give a program, Awami League gives a counter program. They have so much fear, so much lack of confidence in themselves, they give programs because of this fear. They have no confidence in themselves.’
Stating that no dictatorial government in the world has gone like this, BNP Secretary General said, ‘They do not go like this. Move through the movement. Our movement will continue until the Awami League government moves.’
