The Professional Academy for Teachers has sent a letter to all educational directorates in the various governorates regarding opening registration on the website to grant contracted assistant teachers a certificate of validity to practice the profession for appointment as a teacher or its equivalent, as of next Sunday.
The text of the letter stated: It is within the framework of the Professional Academy for Teachers plan to grant teachers / assistant contractual specialists a certificate of validity to practice the profession for appointment to the position of a teacher or its equivalent, for those who have fulfilled all the requirements necessary to obtain that certificate in accordance with Article No. 73 of the Education Law promulgated by Law No. 139 of 1981 It was added by Law No. 155 of 2007 AD and replaced by Law No. 93 of 2012 AD.
The letter indicated that the website will be opened as of Sunday 29/1/2023 to register the fulfillment of the requirements for granting a validity certificate to the contracted assistant specialist teachers, for those whose contract has passed one year on the date of 1/29/2023 and the period of their contract does not exceed two years on 6/2023. / 30 pm. Accordingly, you are kindly requested to warn the directors of the educational departments to form a committee to receive the files of the teachers/assistant specialists, review their data, and ensure that they fulfill all the requirements necessary to grant them a certificate of validity, and check the correctness of the applicants’ data and fulfill them on the attached form without erasing or amending, and having it approved by the director of the educational department after the members of the review committee have signed the Validity of data (take into account that each specialty has separate statements).
And the letter continued, the educational administration is fully responsible for the validity of these data and for delivering the data sheets accompanying the files to the branch of the Professional Academy for Teachers affiliated to it, as of 29/1/2023 AD, until 31/5/2023 AD.
The letter added, taking into account not receiving files from those whose contract period exceeded two years on the date of 30/60/2023 unless they were renewed pursuant to Article No. 73 of the Education Law promulgated by Law No. 139 of 1981 and added by Law No. 155 of 2007 AD and replaced by Law No. 93 of 2012 AD. We kindly take the necessary measures to warn teachers/assistant specialists who meet the conditions for applying to submit their files, provided that the file, according to what was done in the previous batches, contains the following:
– The printed electronic status sheet approved by the Personnel Affairs.
– A true copy of the assistant teacher’s contract, fulfilling all the terms.
Certificate of passing the educational applications program.
– A statement from the branch of the Public Authority for Adult Education stating that 10 of the illiterate citizens in the governorate have completed literacy, or a certificate.
Passing the Teachers Program first (this condition is only for contractors in the 30,000-teacher competition and the supplementary competition according to what is included in their contracts, and people with special needs are exempted from the 5% of this condition).
– International Computer Driving License (ICDL) Certificate – A certificate for a basic skills training program for Office applications and the Windows operating system, which is approved by the Supreme Council of Universities for the following programs:
A- The AITC training course offered by the Central Information Technology Training Unit.
B – IC blue certificate.
C – MICIT certificate issued by MKCL.
D – International Diploma in Information Technology Skills Cambridge IT Skills
_ Performance evaluation reports from the school principal and mentor with a qualified rank on the form prepared by the Professional Academy for Teachers.
A letter of nomination from the school principal.
A true copy of the Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s degree approved by the Personnel Affairs of the educational administration to which he is affiliated.
A general diploma in education for non-graduates of the faculties of education, except for holders of a Bachelor of Social Work No. 16 of 2019 or a Bachelor of Arts in the two departments of sociology, if he is applying for a specialist position, in implementation of the provisions of the law.
