The Ministry of Education issued a letter to the educational directorates regarding taking advantage of the mid-year vacation, and achieving full benefit from it.
The text of the letter came as follows: “Within the framework of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education’s keenness to constantly seek to develop the values of loyalty and belonging among its students, and to help them benefit from the mid-year vacation, and achieve full benefit from it, please coordinate between the Director General of Executive Affairs and my mentors. Activities (cultural, artistic, and social…) in educational directorates and departments and school principals to organize school trips for all educational levels, to visit national projects of the Egyptian state, and tourist and archaeological sites in different governorates, to inculcate the values of citizenship, and to emphasize national constants, and to organize visits to the Cairo exhibition International Book, as well as organizing artistic performances in various forms.
The speech stressed the need to develop a program to organize some educational seminars, which aim to combat intellectual terrorism in all its forms, combat bullying in all its forms between students, or between teachers and students, and activate the role of specialists: (psychological and social) in addressing these practices among students. Students, and follow-up students’ behavior inside schools in all educational, educational, health and psychological aspects.
