A person named Morshed Siddiqui filed the case in the court of Cyber Tribunal Chittagong Judge Mohammad Zahirul Kabir on Wednesday. He referred to himself in the case as the Chittagong convener of the ‘National Party Reorganization Process’. Bidisha Siddique is serving as the chairman of the restructuring process of the Jatiya Party.
The tribunal’s bench assistant Kamrul Hasan told Prothom Alo that the court has directed the police’s counter-terrorism unit Chittagong to investigate the truth of the allegations. The report is due on April 6.
