The verdict is issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Wajdi Muhammad Abdel Moneim, with the membership of counselors Wael Muhammad Omran, Hossam El Din Fathi Amin, and the secretariat of Ahmed Sobhi Abbas.
The referral order states that the Public Prosecution is accusing Ahmed Saeed Abu Bakr, Ramadan Muhammad Owais, Hossam Muhammad Badawi, Ahmed Moawad Abdel-Gawad, Abdel-Rahman Mahmoud Hassan, Sami Nafadi Ibrahim, Ahmed Amin Muhammad Ahmed, Muhammad Salah Mahmoud, Salama Muhammad Salama, and Taha Khamis Muhammad, that on November 11, 2016, they and unknown others committed a terrorist act by demonstrating and using force, violence and intimidation inside the country; With the aim of disturbing public order and endangering the safety, interests, and security of society, and spreading terror among citizens, and endangering their lives and freedoms.
