Books – Saber Al-Mahlawi:
The Third Circuit of the Supreme State Security Criminal Court, held in the Badr Courts Complex, postponed tomorrow, Tuesday, hearing the trial sessions of 9 defendants in the case known in the media as the “Sudan Terrorist Province”, to the next February 13 hearing for pleadings.
The session was held under the chairmanship of Counselor Wajdi Muhammad Abdel Moneim, with the membership of the advisors Wael Muhammad Omran, Hossam El Din Fathi Amin, and the secretaries of Mahmoud Shalaby and Sameh Shaaban.
It is worth noting that this case has seven defendants imprisoned and one of the defendants escaped from it, and it is the case registered under No. 19812 of 2022 Al-Nuzha felonies and registered under No. 347 of 2022 Supreme State Security felonies.
