Today, Tuesday, Tanta University President Dr. Mahmoud Zaki inaugurated the sale of Tanta University products at the Suburbay complex to sell food commodities and chemical detergents at discounted prices for students and university employees, in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and Dr. Tarek Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty of Science
Zaki praised the effort made in preparing and processing products from the Faculties of Agriculture and Science, explaining that reducing the selling prices to be at the wholesale price is an initiative of the university to support its members, praising the quality of the products and exhibits and their competitive prices to support the “Decent Life” initiative for the students of Tanta University.
The President of Tanta University added that what the university is witnessing today in terms of production and marketing operations supported by technological techniques in irrigation systems and agricultural greenhouses within the Faculty of Agriculture corresponds to the axes for development and achievement of its strategic plan and in line with the objectives of the Egyptian state’s strategic plan for sustainable development and Egypt’s vision 2030 in achieving quality of life, justice, integration and the economy.
