Today, Tuesday, Major General Dr. Muhammad Al-Zamlot, Governor of the New Valley, laid a wreath at the Police Martyrs’ Monument, on a visit during which he was accompanied by Mrs. Hanan Magdy, Deputy Governor, and Major General Muhammad Abu Al-Layl, Assistant Minister of Interior for New Valley Security, on the occasion of the celebration of the 71st Police Day. The military band played the Martyr’s Peace, followed by reading Al-Fatiha on the souls of the brave police martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for the security of the homeland and the safety of its citizens.
