Osim investigations revealed the identity of the child, who was found dead inside a mobile phone near the railway, on Tuesday.
Examination, under the supervision of Brigadier General Hani Shaarawi, Chief of Investigations in the North Sector, revealed that the body of a child residing in the Bashtil area was killed by suffocation, then the perpetrator put him in a mobile phone and threw it where he was found. Fingers pointed at a family member. Because of a family dispute.
Major General Ahmed Al-Wateidi, Director of Criminal Investigation in Giza, received a signal from the Rescue Police Department that the body of a child was found next to the railway in the village of Bartus.
The Deputy Director of Investigations directed that a force be transferred from the police station to the Al-Balagh location, in coordination with Al-Warraq Osim Division. An examination of Lieutenant Colonel Haitham Sukkar, the head of the investigations, showed that the body of a child was killed inside a mobile phone, meters away from the railway tracks, in mysterious circumstances.
The body was transferred to the morgue of Osim Central Hospital, the necessary report was issued, and the Public Prosecution Office was notified for investigation.
