Today, Monday, the Giza Criminal Court is considering the trial session of the accused of killing his brother and mother and attempting to kill his sister’s husband in the Haram area.
In October, the Public Prosecution referred Case No. 54290 of 2020, felonies of the Pyramid Department, which was registered with No. 2281 of 2020 in the Sixth of October District, and after reviewing the papers and the investigations that took place in them, it was found that the accused was 27 years old – unemployed – and residing in the Al-Ahram area, Giza Governorate, and on 11-17-2020. In the Pyramid Department, the victim’s brother was killed without premeditation; When an argument broke out between them, he became angry at her, and asked himself to kill his brother.
This felony was deliberately associated with another, which is that at the same time and place in the aforementioned statement, he killed his mother, the victim, without premeditation. As she came to the aid of her son from the accused’s assault on him – the subject of the accusation mentioned above -, it was only from the accused that he stabbed her to take her life.
