First Egypt housing project:
In the city of New Cairo, the price per square meter was 7,685 pounds, with the 106-meter unit recording 814 thousand pounds, and the 115-meter unit recording 833 thousand pounds.
And if the method of payment is calculated, 70,000 pounds will be paid at the beginning of the application, then in next April 120,000 pounds will be paid, then upon contracting, 88,000 pounds will be paid.
Therefore, the monthly installment will be 14 thousand over 7 years for this unit in New Cairo, or 16.5 thousand over 5 years, or 24 thousand over 3 years.
Second.. Jannah Project:
The price per square meter in New Cairo was 11,575 pounds, while the price of a 130-square-meter apartment reached 1,595,000 pounds.
A template for calculating the installments was as follows:
100,000 reservation advances will be paid, during the period from January 15 to February 16, and then 242,000 reservation advance payments will be made during the period from March 26 to May 4.
At the time of receipt, 10% of the price of the apartment is paid, which is equivalent to 171 thousand pounds, and therefore the amount paid until receipt is 513 thousand pounds, which is 30% of the price of the apartment.
The installment is over 7 years, 25 pounds per month.
