Eng. Abdul Raouf Al-Ghaity, Head of the Obour City Development Authority, confirmed that the door for applications has been opened to occupy 10 “Pike” outlets in the Egypt Street project, “Obour Bazaar”, explaining that applications are submitted in the name of the head of the Obour City Development Authority, until Monday 6/2 / 2023 with the monthly occupancy system, within the framework of providing job opportunities for the city’s residents, and eliminating the phenomenon of street vendors by providing an appropriate alternative.
Engineer Abdul Raouf Al-Ghaity explained that 6 paiks were made available for a food activity, 2 paiks for a children’s area activity, 6 paiks for stationery activity, and another pyk for an accessories activity.
Al-Ghaity indicated that the following conditions are required in order to obtain the outlets: The applicant should not be a public or private sector worker, own or rent a commercial store in the city, and that he or a member of his family should not have obtained a first-degree bag, and that He shall be a resident of the city, and one application shall be submitted for the family (husband / wife / minor children), a criminal record addressed to the Obour City Development Authority, an insurance stamp, and a copy of the national ID card.
He noted that a public lottery will be held among the applicants at the agency’s headquarters, and the date of the draw will be announced on the official Facebook page of the transit agency.
In the same context, Eng. Khaled Sorour, head of the Tourist Villages Development Agency, confirmed that the exploitation of 3 marine points was proposed to establish service centers for marine activities and water sports within the lakes at the Marina El Alamein Tourist Center, with a system in exchange for usufruct for a period of 3 years, in the public auction scheduled for Tuesday’s session. 2/14/2023, as the conditions and specifications brochure was made available at the agency’s headquarters.
