The Urban Development Fund, in cooperation with the Housing and Development Bank, started procedures for electronic reservation of apartments for the Dara project, which is a project to develop provincial capitals, this morning at ten o’clock.
Reservations are made through the Housing and Development Bank, where the reservation is made electronically by the “online, first-come-first-served” system, through the link click here:
The electronic reservation of apartments for the development of provincial capitals comes after the end of submission on January 12th, and starting today, January 22nd until January 26th, electronic reservation takes precedence, for 1284 apartments that were offered in 9 governorates.
The number of apartments that have been booked, first-come-first-served so far, is as follows:
The location of the apartments, in detail, and the prices are as follows:
1- There are 60 units on El-Geish Street in Mansoura City, Dakahlia Governorate. 16 units have been reserved and 44 units remain.
The 171-square-meter apartment recorded 2,900,000, while some units reached 3,400,000 pounds.
2- There are 360 units in Taksim Al-Salam in Qena, Qena Governorate. Only one unit has been reserved, and 395 units remain.
The 116-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 300 thousand pounds, and the 109-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 222 thousand pounds.
3- There are 176 units in the southern area of the university in Kafr El-Sheikh city, Kafr El-Sheikh governorate. 17 units have been reserved and 162 units remain.
The 116-meter apartment recorded one million and 535 thousand pounds, and the 109-meter apartment recorded one million and 429 thousand pounds.
4- There are 80 units in the south of the city of Ras al-Bar in Damietta Governorate. Two units have been reserved, and 78 units remain.
The 114-meter apartment recorded one million and 754 thousand pounds, and the 127-meter apartment recorded one million and 993 thousand pounds.
5- There are 192 units in the second district in the Ataka neighborhood of Suez City, Suez Governorate. Two units have been reserved, and 189 units remain.
And the 90-square-meter apartment recorded 770,000 to 860,000 pounds.
6- There are 72 units on Al-Galaa Street in Sohag City, Sohag Governorate. 10 apartments have been reserved, and 62 units remain.
The apartment recorded 116 meters, one million and 490 thousand, and the 109-meter apartment recorded one million and 450 thousand pounds.
7- There are 88 units in the Ard Al-Raheb area in the city of Shebin El-Kom in the Menoufia Governorate, and no one has applied for reservations yet.
The 116-meter apartment recorded one million and 270 thousand pounds, and the 109-meter apartment recorded one million and 198 thousand pounds.
8- There are 96 units west of the city of Minya, Minya Governorate. Only one unit has been reserved, and 95 apartments remain. The apartment is 136 square meters, and the price is 2,135,000 pounds.
9- There are 160 units in Al-Hawatem area in Fayoum City, Fayoum Governorate. 3 apartments have been reserved, and 157 units remain.
The 100-meter apartment recorded 950 thousand pounds, and the 109-meter apartment recorded one million and 35 thousand pounds.
With this statistic, so far, 52 apartments have been booked, leaving 1,232 units remaining. Online booking continues until January 26.
