A number of farmers in Minya governorate began cultivating the wheat crop, on an area of approximately 250,000 acres, with a target production of more than 460,000 tons.
And “Masrawy” conducted a live broadcast from inside one of the fields of wheat crops in the Mallawi Center, south of Minya Governorate, amid the joy of the farmers.
It is worth noting that the Minya governorate achieved more than the target of growing the crop last year by 112%, and the total amount of wheat that was supplied to government silos and barns amounted to 500,000 and 84 tons.
