He pointed out that the Presidency aims during the fiscal year 2023 AD a number of projects to develop these services, and strengthen the partnership by increasing the volunteers in the Two Holy Mosques, and enabling the vehicle service applicant to pre-order electronically before arriving at the Grand Mosque, and providing the (Tawaf) service electronically through the General Administration for Tawf. Pointing out that the number of electronic services provided by the Presidency is 62, and during the pandemic, and under the direction of Karim, the Manarat al-Haramayn al-Sharifin platform was launched, to transmit sermons, lessons and recitations of the Two Holy Mosques. The number of beneficiaries of this platform in various parts of the world during the past year reached more than 300,000,000 beneficiaries, thanks to God. Almighty.
And he stated that the presidency is seeking – by God’s will – to complete the smart campus project, which will include 48 systems and services at its inception, including 29 systems within the facility management system, and 19 services within the system of beneficiary services, the most important of which are: the unified communications system, the smart facilities management system, and the alarms management system. statuses, crowd management system, and more.
