He pointed out that among the topics covered by the activities were climatic changes and their impact on the growth and flowering of date palms, the importance of replacing traditional irrigation and fertilization methods with modern methods such as drip irrigation in order to rationalize and reduce the amount of irrigation water used, as well as the importance of using compost or decomposed municipal fertilizer in irrigation.
