Cairo – Masrawy:
Today, Sunday, the Civil Department of the South Cairo Court is considering a lawsuit filed by the daughter of the artist, Rashwan Tawfik, demanding that the contract of selling the artist, Rashwan Tawfik, a villa in the Sixth of October City, at a value of 5 million pounds, to his second daughter, Heba, be invalidated by the general power of attorney issued by her without her knowledge.
Aya Rashwan Tawfiq filed a third lawsuit against her father, the artist Rashwan Tawfiq, demanding the invalidity of a contract to sell a villa in the Sixth of October City, at a value of 5 million pounds, to her media sister, Heba.
Aya said in her lawsuit No. 3484 of 2021 against her father and her sister, Heba, that she owns a 699-square-meter plot of land from the 6th of October Development Authority and built a villa on it.
She added that she wrote to her father, Rashwan Tawfiq, a comprehensive power of attorney, which turned out to have taken advantage of him by concluding a preliminary contract for the villa and the plot of land subject of the lawsuit in the name of the student and in his capacity as her agent for the advertiser to the second for 5 million pounds and his signature on the contract as a first party without her knowledge.
It is noteworthy that Aya Rashwan Tawfiq filed two other lawsuits against her father. The first calls for the annulment of two powers of attorney issued by her to him, while the second demands the annulment of the contract for dividing chalets inherited from her mother in the city of Ras Sidr, South Sinai Governorate.
