The investigations of the Public Prosecution revealed that the first and second defendants had deliberately killed the victim, the child Jana A.P. – with premeditation that they intended to kill her, so they prepared a bond and determined a residence in a property in which the first suspect lives; For committing the incident, and as soon as he met her upon her return to her home, he lured her into the house, so the first accused was able to surprise her by tightening the ligature behind her around the neck and squeezing the ligature with his hands without her breathing until she was certain that she was dead, when the second accused was present on the scene of the event to tighten his arms.
