The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the availability of a number of scholarships for master’s and doctoral degrees, offered by the Federal Republic of Russia for the academic year 2023-2024.
The Central Department of Scholarships at the Ministry indicated that these grants require the applicant to work in one of the entities included in the scholarship plan, and that the period of service in the employer is not less than a year, and that the age of the applicant does not exceed 30 years for a master’s degree, and does not exceed 33 years to apply for a doctorate at the date Ad start.

The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector of the Ministry announced the availability of scholarships provided to the state by the Russian government for the academic year 2023-2024 in light of the provisions of the cultural and scientific cooperation agreement between the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the government of the Russian Federation, to obtain a degree (bachelor – bachelor – specialization).
